  • Custom ASCII TCP/IP Communication Engine

    Milestone deployment of our first high-speed ASCII TCP/IP communication layer. We developed a proprietary, low-latency ASCII protocol to seamlessly interface the software with B&R PLCs. This custom engine enables real-time, deterministic exchange of machine commands, operating states, and data packets without communication overhead.

    Successful commissioning of our very first production release (V0.1) on a live industrial site. The software was deployed to control and supervise an advanced electronic vinegar bottling machine in Modena.     Developed as a high-performance prototype, this release was deployed to supervise and manage an advanced ceramic box storage system. The platform handles complex logistics logic for loading, unloading, and the buffering of both raw and fired (cooked) ceramic products.This milestone marked a critical architectural shift: the software was engineered as a lightweight Web Application utilizing an embedded Jetty server and a Vaadin framework for the UI. Industrial communication was upgraded to native OPC UA, enabling secure and deterministic data exchange with a Beckhoff PLC system.
