Vision

Concept

Computer vision is a specialized branch of artificial intelligence that empowers industrial machinery to interpret and understand visual information. Simply put, it gives machines the ability to "see". Through computer vision, automated systems visually analyze an object or the surrounding factory environment, extract critical features, and convert them into real-time data. This data is instantly processed by the control system to execute precise actions, such as quality sorting, defect inspection, or robotic guidance.

What we offer

We deliver tailor-made vision solutions for standalone machines and complex production lines utilizing single or multi-camera setups. We seamlessly integrate vision data with PLCs, industrial robots, databases, and third-party software. Our PC-based execution environment communicates directly with cameras via native manufacturer drivers, while interfacing with shop-floor hardware over standard industrial Ethernet protocols, including TCP/UDP, EtherCAT, and PROFINET.

What we are developing

We are actively driving innovation by integrating Deep Learning and AI into our vision architectures. This next-generation approach surpasses traditional rule-based vision systems; instead of just identifying predefined defects, our software continuously learns and adapts as production progresses, drastically reducing false rejects and mastering the inspection of complex, irregular surfaces.
